What are your delivery options for heavy building materials?

We offer specialized crane-arm (HIAB) delivery for heavy items like timber, bricks, and cement to ensure they are placed safely on your site. Standard courier delivery is available for smaller hardware items.

Can I return unused building supplies?

Yes, we accept returns on most stocked items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in resaleable condition and original packaging. Please note that custom-cut timber and special orders are non-refundable.

Do you offer trade accounts for contractors?

Absolutely. Professional builders and contractors can apply for a Gills Trade Account to access bulk pricing, credit facilities, and dedicated account management. Contact our sales team for an application form.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. For large-scale site deliveries, our dispatch team will call you 24 hours in advance to confirm a delivery window.

Are your timber products sustainably sourced?

Quality and sustainability are our priorities. All of our timber is sourced from FSC or PEFC certified forests, ensuring that your project meets environmental standards.
